Wont run

All I get is "...loading".
Actually saw the main screen once immediately went looking for a way to turn off the music... Loading... Some time later ... Screen comes up with no sound settings, just Game Center settings. Tried to turn off Game Center. ...loading. Then its asking for iTunes password. Why? I dunno. Lasting thing I saw was ...loading ...headed to uninstall now.
